I was a first time home buyer and was nervous about choosing a lender. I knew that finding a good lender was important but not sure exactly what made a lender good until I was referred to Ryan Whalen with Nova. I had been in touch with 2 other lenders prior to Ryan. The first was through my agent and they did not accurately or fully communicate important information and on 2 occasions did not respond to emails asking questions. The second was a referral who told me that I would need to wait another 6 months. So when I fist contacted Ryan I wasn’t very confident but It didn’t take very long before I felt differently.
